WebSecure is a website management and maintenance service provider. While we take all reasonable measures to protect your website from malware, hacking, or other damages, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused to your website. You acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of our services. Our goal is to protect you and we will always do our very best at doing so.
Payment: You will be charged on the first of each month for the services provided. If you start your package mid-month, you will be charged a prorated amount for month 1. You authorize scheduled charges to your checking/savings account or credit card, as indicated below. A receipt for each payment will be emailed to you, and the charge will appear on your bank statement or Credit Card Statement. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us before the payment is collected.
Contract Cancellation: This contract will automatically renew unless we are notified otherwise. Contract cancellations must be submitted by the 15th of the previous month. If you choose to terminate the contract before 12 months, there will be a significant "contract-break" fee of up to 80%, which will be charged via ACH or credit card.
Authorization: By executing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to be bound by them.
